  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

The precise role of DiamondWay Auto Transport, including whether it acts as a motor carrier, broker, or other service provider, must be identified in the applicable service agreement.

Service availability depends on transportation routes, equipment, vehicle specifications, carrier availability, and other relevant conditions.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Transportation quotes are based on the information supplied by customers, including vehicle type, pickup location, delivery destination, requested dates, and transport requirements.

Quotes may be subject to change before booking confirmation if relevant information changes or additional transportation requirements arise.

Any applicable charges, deposits, and payment obligations will be communicated through the booking agreement.

Customers should review the final written pricing terms before authorizing transportation.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Submitting a quote request does not automatically confirm a vehicle shipment.

Bookings are subject to acceptance, available transportation arrangements, and applicable payment requirements.

Pickup and delivery dates may be provided as estimated windows unless a specific commitment is expressly confirmed in writing.

5. Vehicle Information

Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle, including its make, model, year, dimensions, modifications, and operating condition.

Customers must disclose mechanical problems, unusual dimensions, low ground clearance, or other conditions that may affect loading and transportation.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional arrangements, revised pricing, or scheduling changes, as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

6. Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles for pickup.

Vehicles should be accessible for inspection and loading.

Personal valuables and loose items should be removed unless otherwise permitted under the transportation agreement.

Customers should secure removable accessories and disclose any relevant mechanical concerns.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Door-to-door pickup and delivery are subject to safe and lawful carrier access.

If a carrier cannot safely access the requested location, an alternative nearby meeting point may be arranged.

Customers or authorized representatives may be required to attend pickup and delivery, participate in vehicle inspections, and sign relevant documentation.

8. Transit Times and Delays

Transportation schedules may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical problems, road closures, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Estimated pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a binding written agreement.

Any remedies relating to delays are governed by applicable law and the transportation agreement.

9. Vehicle Inspection and Damage Claims

Customers should inspect their vehicles at pickup and delivery and review the Bill of Lading or other applicable inspection documentation.

Any suspected damage should be documented promptly, including photographs and written notes where appropriate.

Claims involving loss or damage will be handled according to applicable carrier obligations, insurance terms, transportation agreements, and governing law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Insurance

Insurance responsibilities and available coverage depend on the transportation provider, applicable law, and relevant policies.

Customers should request and review the applicable carrier’s insurance information before shipping.

DiamondWay Auto Transport does not make a blanket guarantee that every type of loss, damage, or personal property is covered.

11. Payment Terms

Payment methods, payment deadlines, deposits, and any outstanding balances will be specified during booking or in the applicable service agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying authorized charges according to the agreed terms.

Any payment dispute should be reported using the contact information provided on this website.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility, applicable fees, and refunds depend on the stage of the booking, services already performed, and the applicable written agreement.

Customers should review and accept the cancellation policy before confirming a shipment.

No cancellation fee or nonrefundable deposit applies unless it has been properly disclosed and agreed to, subject to applicable law.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable transportation requirements, make the vehicle available for pickup, and arrange for an authorized person to receive it.

Customers must not knowingly provide false or misleading shipping information.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or submit unlawful or fraudulent requests.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated periodically.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use may be prohibited by applicable intellectual property law.

16. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable federal and state law, including mandatory transportation and consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal remedies where exclusion is prohibited.

Specific contractual limitations, where legally permitted, must be set out in the applicable transportation agreement.

17. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve independent transportation providers, payment processors, or other third parties.

Their responsibilities and applicable terms may differ from those of DiamondWay Auto Transport.

Customers should review any relevant third-party agreements provided during booking.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by applicable United States federal law and Texas law, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any mandatory transportation regulations.
